Acceptable Use
Fundamenta is an educational platform. Users agree to use it for legitimate learning purposes and not to misuse AI systems, share accounts, or attempt to circumvent age verification or access controls.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refund policies are detailed in the full terms. Institutional contracts are governed by separate school or district agreements.
Student and Minor Accounts
Users under 18 require parental consent. Users under 13 require verifiable parental consent per COPPA requirements. Schools accept data processing terms on behalf of students in their care.
