Parental Consent

Before a child under 13 can use Fundamenta, we require verifiable parental consent. Parents must create or approve the account and provide consent before the child's account is activated.

For users under 13, we collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the educational service: name, email address, date of birth, and learning progress. We do not collect sensitive personal information, location data, or behavioral advertising data from minors.
