Fundamenta uses age-aware experiences, role-based access controls, data minimization, and documented security practices. Users under 13 are subject to an age gate and parental-consent requirements.
Is Fundamenta FERPA compliant or certified?
Fundamenta uses FERPA-aligned access controls and institutional data scoping. A formal FERPA review is still pending, so we do not present Fundamenta as FERPA certified.
Is Fundamenta SOC 2 certified?
No. Fundamenta is not currently SOC 2 certified. Security controls are in place, but a formal SOC 2 audit has not yet been completed.
Does Fundamenta sell student data or use it for advertising?
No. Fundamenta does not sell student data or use student data to build advertising profiles. Student data is used to provide and improve the educational service.
How can a school review privacy and security details?

Implementation
Fundamenta works as a standalone life skills program, a supplement to existing courses, or an after-school enrichment platform. Typical implementation requires no IT infrastructure — students access the platform through a browser or install it as a PWA on any device.
